I just did something quite similar. My son defrauded me in a real estate transaction - out of a big piece of property and when I have attempted to talk to him - he has laughed at me - ridiculed me and acted like a hot shot buffoon.
Well I now have all of the evidence as to what he pulled and I just let him know that in an email today. Somehow I don't think he'll be laughing now that I have presented him with his legal options. What a relief!
