Has anyone here actually tried a nursing vacation and seen their milk supply go up afterwards? I'll currently trying it (we do our second day tomorrow) and I'm just curious about how it works out for other moms.

I did several nursing vacations. Actually, the entire time I was nursing was just one big nursing vacation. I couldn't tell you if it worked. My guy has tongue and lip ties and had such a hard time getting milk from the breast. He'd just keep sucking, every 15 minutes he'd be back for more. I definitely felt really full all the time, though. Sometimes painfully so. With hand expression, I would get a very good amount of milk. Pumping didn't really work, though.

It's definitely the best way to increase your supply. The breast responds best to baby.
