There is an organization for young women with breast cancer, you can communicate with peers, also contact a social worker next time you see your oncologist.
It is called C4YW.

Rachel, I am so sorry you are being faced with this. Ask your doctor if there is a support group in your area. That would be a great place to start. If we can answer any of your questions, we are here for you as well.

So sorry you feel like you are alone. Stage 2 cancer is very treatable but you need some support while you are going through this. Please reach out to others around you. I might suggest the social worker at the cancer place you are going to. I am not sure what area you are in but if you look around you will find a group to reach out to.
If you don't like the social worker try the nutritionist, or nurse.
Look for support groups in your area. How about neighbors. I know my neighbor was really helpful when she learned of my diagnosis. There is also a home health agency near me that came and helped with stuff when I needed it.
Are you working? You would be surprised to find out how many women you already know have gone through breast cancer. Maybe there is someone there who can help with meals or something?
ALso, find cancer organizations like DRAGONHEART. This group attracts a lot of younger people and is a lot of fun. Look it up for our area.

Try to find a local support group as hotmom suggests, and look into charities too. There is so much help out there. Charities have helplines, they offer therapy, but also practical help with organizing finances, talking to others about cancer, and some even offer things like massage, acupuncture, meditation. If you need transport to hospital there may be a service locally who can help. Another class which is worth attending if offered is one which is usually called something like 'looking good with cancer'. It teaches you about makeup application, what to do about hair loss, and how to boost your self esteem by looking nice. It sounds silly but can make a huge difference. Daily rituals like dressing nicely and putting on makeup can really help.
