Does anyone have an opinion as to why a guy will stop pursuing you once you sleep with him?

My theory is that the pursuit is based on lust and not caring feelings for the other person. Once the release is achieved the lust is gone, and there is nothing left. So the guy moves on, until he has a need for another release. Then he may call again. If that happens hang up. This isn't just a male only thing either. A women will have sex with some guy not intending to ever have anything to do with them afterward. That is fine I guess if it is know by both parties up front.

If your going to have sex with someone at least give them a call the next day. Be honest and tell them what is going on. I don't get it, but I've never been a wham bam thank you ma'am person.
