We have broke up over and over, and Since the rocky waves in the relationship i'm in i am so hung up on this guy i dont enjoy the things i used to anymore. If he is not around I cant focus enough to try to enjoy what it is i'm doing.
, i'm too worried about whether or not he will call me like he said he would. (He always says he will call and always says i fell asleep or my phone was in the car charging, or i was busy). I guess i''m tired of all the excuses and think they are so lame. If I say i'll call i call. I dont leave someone saying i'll call you later and the next day tell them oh, i was tired, i fell asleep. He does this many times a week, i feel like he does it on pupose because he says he is sorry but does it again days later. I feel that if i mattered to him, he would want to call me. He would be happy to call and hear my voice. Thats how i feel. I feel its a 0ne way street. I want to make him suffer the same, i want to do it to him now, over and over, and see if he still will accept my excuse, i fell asleep. I wont even call him anymore, because if i do, he never answers his phone. I'm in a group that says dont generalize, and say always, but, it is a fact, so i dont feel its a generalization in this case. I feel lonely, unimportant, like i dont matter enough to him. Then i feel too needy because of my feelings about him not calling bug the hell out of me. Advice would be nice if anyone can help me help myself.

Have you read that book "He's just Not Into You"? The book is about frustrated women who always wonder why he hasn't called or why he cannot see me this weekend, why do I feel unimportant? The answer is that he is not interested. A guy who really is in love with a woman will go out of his ways to please her. Sometimes guys have more than one girl (I've heard about a guy who had three girlfriends at the same time and each of them was wondering why he doesn't answer when I call, or why he doesn't call. If you feel that you are unimportant to him, maybe it's time for you guys to split. How can you make somebody love you? A magic potion?
True statement. And, for the record, around 18 years ago when I was young, single, and carefree... I didn't just date 3 girls at the same time. One evening I actually made out with 4 in the same night... I was trying to dump 2, keep one on the line, and hook up with another. I had carefully scheduled 4 short dates. The goal was to only make out with the one I wanted... But, I was a sucker. My roommates GF laughed as I came home off of each date all mussed up, quickly getting ready for the next one. Too bad the last girl was her best friend... and she later squeeled on me.
Ah to be young and stupid. As opposed to what I am now. Old and stupid. But, at least I was a one woman man...
