All I can say is this will pass. It will take time; a long time before you realize you are ok. Alot of us on here are/ were in your shoes. My ex left me nearly 2 years ago for some one else. They got married last year. I am now just feeling good about myself and stopped wondering wht he didnt love me.

I hope you reach that point soon so you wont be in pain.

i was only with him a few weeks & ive had break ups before but i just think we was ment 2 be 2gether & i cant get him out my head. i dont understand why & feel so silly. even started pinching myself when i think of him lol. x

A few weeks? That's infatuation, not love. A few weeks is not enough time to learn all those little quirks, to see all the bad Sides of a person, a few weeks is the honeymoon stage. Feelings are not facts - losing him does not mean you lost "the one" and with time, or someone else, it will become more clear. However I am sorry that you have this hurt and it is valid and understandable amd i hope it dissapates. But no way was he your one and only, don't let yourself believe that because its not true.

yeh, usually within the early stages of a relationship, each are still figuring things out about each other. Doesn't mean your feelings for him should be any less, but with any hope, you will get to a point where you will see you didn't really lose out

i know it cant off been love & i know if it was meant 2 be then it would of been, but i just cant get him out my head, my friend thinks that it could be as that was the last time i was truly happy. i tell myself every day that i need 2 move on but everything reminds me of him & what could off been. we was chating on the phone every day 4 a few months before we met 2. i just wish he would stay out my head so i can move on. It was a fun relationship and it ended. You're going to be hurt. Time is irrelevant, but previous poster is correct, you didn't get to experience the things in this other person that makes you crazy...

I can only promise it gets easier, do things you have done in the past without him, there was a life before and there will be a better life after.

I know your pain, the only thing I can really say is if it was meant to be he will come back and you can have hope and faith. Its really hard and I totally understand just have your friends there for you and try to go out to get your mind off things
