I just can't take anymore from him. Here's my timeline:
Timeline
12/5/16 - starts acting distant, starts going to sleep before 7pm every night
12/11/16 - says he wants to separate after Christmas
12/12/16 - says he wants a divorce in text message
12/16/16 - I check phone records and find her number. Texted her and told her our story. He comes clean about emotional affair. Says he doesn't love her but is going to see where it will go since he "fucked everything up" with me.
12/17/17 - I find flirty text message from April on her FB
12/18/18 - I call her husband and work to fill him in. She texts me that she's glad everything is out in the open now
12/31/16 - he spends the night and New Year's with her
1/4/17 - he goes to counseling where he tells counselor she is no longer in the picture and has nothing to do with our split. Then proceeds to take our children to lunch with her in a town 45 minutes away where she lives. Then tells our daughter not to tell me about it because I'll be mad. Son tells me about Daddy's new "friend" who is a girl. Later that night I asked daughter and she starts shaking and crying begging me not to make her tell me.
1/5/17 - he apologizes to daughter
1/6/17 - daughter calls to talk to him and when she asks where he is and why he tells her Springfield and avoids the "why"
1/7/17 - spends day at home with kids (mostly watching football)
1/12/17 - late picking kids up because he spends time with her after work.
1/13/17 - texts me the following right before he goes into work that morning so I can't reply:
"It is supposed to ice today. I will not be picking up kids today. I signed up for overtime writ. And tomorrow I am working a double plus Sunday I am watching game in warrensburg with Mathias. So I probably won't see kids till Monday. Hopefully you don't get mad but after my writ today I will call them."
Later that night, texts daughter that he won't see her until Monday at noon, spends all weekend nights with his affair partner.
1/14/17 - I text him that if he can't see them until noon on Monday not to bother because we have a meeting with bankruptcy attorney at 3 pm
1/16/16 - discover our account has been "hacked" and $800 missing. It occurred in Houston, TX. He still plans on taking his mistress to playoff party and driving in even icier conditions over an hour away.
His weekend plans were a lie. Found out he has been in Dallas with the other woman.
We have so much in credit card debt that we had a meeting scheduled with a bankruptcy attorney tomorrow. That may be it of the question now since he purchased airline tickets and playoff tickets on a credit card this weekend.
Why can't he just stop hurting us?!
