My ex boyfriend expresses his feeling that he loves me and can't live without me even he is married. Our relationship started since 2009. He cheated one me in 2013.  He chose her instead of me. Now he is married with the same girl in 2016. In 2016 he once tried to contact me but again I blocked him and it ended just like that  and I thought it's stopped.  But in November 2017  he found me again and start to contacting me again! Again his excuse,  he loves me. He wants me back even he is happily married with that girl. What's wrong with these kind of people?!

He sounds very unstable. You did right by not communicating with him. If he still bothers you, then call the police and show them the communications from this guy.

he doesnt' love you, he is unhappily married, heavily codependent and so just leaning on the one he thinks will give him warm fuzzies.

He'll lean on you till he doesn't need to lean any more then just disappear leaving you floundering.

if you do this, do it with your eyes open. He is a reptile. There is no emotional connection.

It's common for psychologically immature men to hop back and forth between a small subset of women. They are selfish, self-centered men who don't have a problem wreaking havoc on the lives of multiple people over the course of their lifetime, just to get a sexy little thrill. The truth is, they're emotionally stunted and can't really love anyone but themselves.

I think he's barking up the wrong tree with you. You are clearly a smart person who can see how foolish it is to be hit by the same train twice. What's really changed since the last time he cheated on you and picked the other woman? Oh yea, he's now proven he's a serial cheater, cause he's doing the same thing with her only they're actually married and not just dating.

And that's the real problem with picking a cheater. They're always gonna cheat and lie, just like he's doing to her right now. Why would any woman want that. (chumplady.com )

Wake up he thinks only with his .......... and he does not respect any one' and will not change.
YOu deserve better! A lot better! Than this fool, dump him and go enjoy life and stay away from fools....when u date a fool u make yourself look desperate, and honey desperate is not pretty!
GO look in that mirror, you are beautiful and deserve a man that respects, and cares for you, that will look at you and know for a fact that he is the luckiest man in the world, and has no desire to look in any direction but yours.
