So I move out on June 5th with the kids found me a new place me and the kids are totally happy our life is less stressful we were getting along great then the EX has to move out of his place shows up on my door 45 days later and moved his stuff in my house and continues to treat me like crap as he has done for the last 8 yrs and says when he has the money to find a place he will move. In the mean time I have had to reorganize my life again around him. I can't even watch TV again. I have said to him what makes you think I want you here. I want him out!!!!.

So why does he get to stay with you? Presumably he has no legal right to be there. I'd say a man who treats you badly and is not good for the kids needs to be shown the door- by the police if necessary. Is there a reason why you can't kick him out, other than the reason many of us have of feeling like we owe our ex something we really don't?

Yeah, kick him out. If he's not on the lease, he has no legal right to be there.

If you want him out then kick him out, he has no right to be there.

Call the police if you have too, his name is not on the lease.

he has no legal right to be there and you have no obligation towards him. Kick him out. Worse comes to worse place all his stuff outside and notify the police of what is going on. Especially if there's kids involved they'll be glad to help out.

Why did you let him in? This is confusing. You complain that you want him out ,but you let him in.
