Throughout all this crap I am going through, I can honestly say that one of the things that truly makes me happy, is taco pizza. I mean taco pizza contains two of the essential food groups...tacos and pizza. How about you?

Taco pizza, huh? Maybe that's the answer for me since while I do love to cook, cooking for one is not yet fun. So I wind up having both Mexican and Pizza at least once a week. Maybe if I set a goal to cook more, I can still have both as a 2-in-1 taco pizza option.
