Taping her talking to me will do no good, because she can do that and not get in trouble. If I respond then I will get in trouble.
There is an RO against you, yet she wants to come over to your apartment? Do NOT let her. Your best bet is to follow the RO to a "t" to ensure you are not doing anything at all that she can turn around and nail you for.
Document, document, document. Keep track of everything - note what she says to you, the dates and times, and anything else that could be important info to keep track of.
As for recording her, I believe most states have the same law that a person cannot be recorded unless they give their consent which also must be recorded.
