What is up with women getting their noses pierced. It is getting more and more common.

I don't think that I am a fan of it but I guess it is one of those things that it is a case by case basis.

What do you guys think?

Depends. I've seen some that are tastefully done and really cute, and I've also seen some that are just God awful.

I think the little tiny piercings are okay. When they start wearing all that gawdy big stuff, then it's just totally unattractive.

Just my two cents.

I am a woman and have no desire to ever get my nose pierced. I do have another piercing somewhere else but it is not in a place seen in public. I think if you work with the public, piercings should only be in the ears.

I've had my nose pierced for like 13 years. Don't think it's anything new with women.

I had my nose peirced when I was younger. It was a tiny diamond and unless I was standing in direct light you couldn't even tell it ewas there. Very tasteful and I loved it. Eventually we all have to grow up though so out it came for work.

Had to back up my girl, Red, here.

I am older than she. Tattooed, removed the tongue piercing as I could NOT get used to it, LOVE a nose piercing.

Must be the artsy folk...

No regrets. Live once. You want one, get one. 18 or 80.

I've never had the desire to get my nose pierced but I do have a few other places I want pierced *wink*

I do want a tattoo someday... but it sort of freaks me out. I'm not fond of needles whatsoever!!

Personally it's not my thing.... although when the stud is small it doesn't look too bad. To each his own :)

I am not fond of needles either but took a chance and went through with my piercing. I had to get in a place no one would see in public because of my work. I like my piercing and don't care if anyone thinks it is nasty. My co-workers said I was crazy for getting it where I got it.

Finally! Sweeet i was starting to worry there for a minute. Don't even think it's so much an artsy thing as much as where you live maybe?? I don't know.. it just seems so normal to me.

I am clean of tattoos and piercings. I have a few scars though that are quite visible.

I just think it would be sad to write anyone off if they are tattooed and pierced, you know?
