This guy keeps coming in and out of my life. His X wife hates me, his grown kids hate me, his 15 year old has to pretend she hates me so her mom doesn't yell at her all day.. he had a family reunion yesterday after coming back to me for the millionth time (7 years and counting of on and off relationship). This time he said he will marry me because I said I can't be with him anymore because it interferes with my life in church (I am catholic) and supposedly he is too but he never participates in Mass. Anyhow he had a family reunion which I told him I didn't want to go to yesterday because his X wife will probably be there and I dont want any trouble. She hate me with a passion because her and her grown kids do not want him with me and they never did. The X has tripped on me a lot of times because she doesn't want me at his house if she comes etc...there have been yelling matches. Then his other family treats me like I dont exist if she is around too. So I had told him i dont want to go if she is going to this reunion. He said she wasnt going that she was working that day. Well we drive up in the parking lot of the park where they had the reunion and she was getting out of her daughters car. I told him well what do we do now? He knew I didn't want to be there if she was coming and I felt like but don't have proof that he thought if he just got me there I would go along with the program. So when I said i was leaving he got his stuff out of the car and said nothing. I left. Later i texted him saying why did you do that to me when I told you like ten times I do not want to be there if she is going? He didnt answer my texts all day, then he didn't answer my phone calls. then i texted him and said if you dont talk to me i'm loading your truck up and calling this the end. So he didn't answer and I put all his stuff in his truck and went to bed last night. When i got up he cussed me in a text saying "Since you did this I will never ask you back again you asshole" I am hoping he sticks to that because after a few weeks he goes crazy, I never initiate the contact he starts texting me during the night, day, at work. ... and disrupts my peace and works on wearing me down, like I am a conquest he must conquer. I need to be strong and stick to my instincts which tell me this is not love it is lust and he only treats me good when we are apart and he wants me back. He was only here two weeks and he did this to me. He said I make the drama, and I am over reacting, and I feel he is blaming me for things he did wrong. Even my son, he is 17 now, this has happened since he was 9 or 10 years old, he says mom its not you he doesn't care. Once he left me to be with a cousin, the x wife is also a cousin, I think he is the one with moral issues and issues with women in general. I think I am making bad choices even listening to his plea's. I plan to change my cell phone number this time and he can call the house phone when he is ready to collect his car that has sat in my garage for over a year and car parts in my yard. I think I should clear everything out and stop all contact. So my question is am i the bad guy here??? I feel like he uses me as a convenience and for his lust, this can not be the love God intended for me? Right????? I only question myself because of course he says its all me, none of this would happen if I wasn't crazy. Am I crazy?
It's best to let it be. Don't restart anything at this point.

Cut him loose, tell him he has 1 week to move the car, the parts and his crap. Then you get rid of whatever he hasnt.

I would tell him to pick it up. If he doesn't I would consult a lawyer for legal advice first. That way you will be protected in case he wants to sue you for getting rid of his property. He probably will too.

The good news is you did not commit a criminal offence in taking stuff that didn't belong to you. But the bad news is you still need to tread very carefully from here on in. Any correspondence must come from you. Not kevin. You took the stuff, it is on your property, you will be dumping it.
First things first - there is a fair chance you have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the stuff while you have it or Pat the very least you have a responsibility not to be grossly negligent in dealing with it. If there is anything of value - I might just check my insurance policy if I were you. I might also take a few photographs before anything is returned/collected/disposed of in case of dispute later.
To move it on - you need to establish that the property has been abandoned by the owners and that therefore you can treat it as your own. It sounds to me like you are most of the way there but a letter would be excellent evidence. You need to recite the chronology ie on such and such a date I removed your stuff from, I have since stored it free of charge at my home on the following dates kevin asked you to collect the stuff and you didn't. I give you a further opportunity to collect it by. If you do not do so then I will treat the property as abandoned and dispose of it accordingly etc

The cops came out, placed a red violation sticker on the windshield and then it was towed the following day.
I don't know if this works for private property. I doubt it since the city has no jurisdiction on private property. Though, it is your property so I suppose you could have it towed. Keep in mind that although you could have it towed, it doesn't mean that it is legal for you to do it. :)
