oooops you ment my weight. I initially was a wreck, didn't eat and dropped almost 30 pounds down to nothing. I've put most back on but much healthier now with working out every day.
Divorce diet...Nothing can beat it!!!
Looking back I see myself as a pinning animal, u know how some dogs will go off thier food if their owner dies. It's a natural process.
If like me u have eating disorders though or are prone to issues of control, body dismorphism and an unhealthy attitude to food. The not eating thing can be quite addictive and a form of self control, so watch out for the slimmers high and ur new bodies guys.
You go girl.....

It has been a desirable change that I have wanted to make for many years. My weight loss was kick started by "the sickness" of heart break - but I have long since taken a much healthier track with it.
I weigh less now than I did when I first married ten years ago!!!
I think the weight gain over the years was for me some sort of protection at a subconscious level.
Only now am I learning to feel safe in the world again... and the weight is coming off and staying off.
There was a point where I could inflict bodily harm on someone with either my pointy collarbone or my protruding hip bones! Eeewwww!
