hey all, just wanted to write a quick note before I go to bed. I know we are all suffering from depression but we need to keep telling ourself we control our lives now. We have the ability to do what our heart desires. It is difficult because memories and pain from the past haunt us but we can maneuver around them until we have a clear path to happiness. We control who we are and what we do from this point. I was once told that feelings aren't reality. As in, just because we feel something doesn't make it real. Our minds plays tricks on us. Let's let our actions do the talking from now on. Find that passion again that you love and keep moving forward...
