The ex really showed her ass two months ago. My son refused to respond to any contacts he wouldnt call me and never made any attempt to call me I have lost count how many times I tried to contact him. After about 5 months of this crap I decide if he wants me out of his life then so be it. I decide to go to court and remove all parental rights its was a very tough decision to make I still love them both! So I decided just one last time that I would try one more time to go over and talk to them both and try and resolve what the hell was wrong so I could get him back into my life. So I called the bitch on a Saturday left a message that I would be over the following day Sunday at 1.00 Pm.
The next day she calls two face plastic bitch says Oh Roger Devon is camping with my friend Jake he wont be back until late tonight. I knew the bitch was lying I can tell she will lie even if the truth would do her better. I said ok well lets set up a meeting this week then after school. Plastic phony ass bitch oh ok let me check my work schedule and I all call you this week. Well you guessed it never called lied to me again. Finally about two weeks ago after I had the sheriffs office serve papers I called her on it. Sure enough she admitted lying for him because he didnt want to talk to me nor see me. He wanted to hang with his friends. Damn that is some low ass bag stabbing shit to do to you sons father!

Well come October guess what I started getting really late on the jerk support in fact I waited until the end of November to pay Septembers then I waited until end of November to pay for October. To make it simple I was paying once every two months. When I was late in September she went flying down to the DAs with fire in her eyes wanting money. Well I have been a totally stand up guy and they like me down at the DAs office. I have always been on time. In fact before I started this I had a 4.00 plus in my account with them.
December rolls around and I dont pay nothing I blaze for the Oregon Coast f**k the bitch!
Anyway I went down to the DAs office today and had cash in hand to catch up two months plus 10% penalty what the hell it was worth it to make the bitch squirm. Well they told me some wonderful news. The two girls up front are so freekin cool! She told me that if my back child support is under $500.00 dollars they wont go after me! She said all you need to do is pay for Januarys and when the your son is emancipated in June you dont have to pay the back child support because its under $500.00! So in essence I legally screwed that bitch out of two months child support and there is nothing she can do about it. By the end of the month I would have had to cough up almost a grand now I just have to pay one month for Januarys and burn the bitch for two months legally. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHEHEHEHEHEHEHAHAHAHAHAHEHEHEHEH BEST DAY OF MY LIFE SCREW THAT BITCH!

I am sure it really hurts you that your son has chosen to ignore you. My boyfriend's ex poisoned their only daughter against him. They divorced because she was having a blatant affair and because the ex was very abusive to him (would have tantrums and throw stuff at him and break his stuff when she was mad). He was awarded partial custody with visitation but the ex poisoned the daughter about him (and continues to do so!) and also continues to lie and pull fast oneslegally but the court now sides with him. They have been divorced 7 years. The only time his daughter wants anything to do with her dad (she is now 18 but still in school so he has to pay child support until her birthday in May) is when she wants money out of him. She was bugging him lately about paying for her college. Well, that didn't go over well with him because he has been paying $600 a month child support for the past 6 and a half years AND then had to pay another $200 a month because he got a raise at work. In addition to this, his ex received her portion of his 20 year military pension so she gets an additional $600 or $700 a month. She has purposely stayed single and has not been reporting her income. She is a foster parent to not just one, but sometimes more than one and then lies about it. So the issue is that my boyfriend is still upset that his daughter, whom at one time was very close to him, now only sees him as a bank and blames him for divorcing her mom. She is also mad because he recently asked her why her mom hasn't been putting any of the child support away for her college. This didn't go over well, of course. The point is, he wouldn't mind helping her if she truly appreciated it and didn't just expect it. The fact that she is now 18 and has made no independent decision to try to get to know her dad better face to face has hurt him even more. I sense this is similar to what you are going through, and I am glad you posted this. I just hope that you can get over your obvious anger about your ex and move on. She isn't worth the energy. I tell my boyfriend the same thing. Big hugs and best wishes for working things out with your son once he can get out away from his mom.

In NJ it is $1000. before they come after you. The system needs to be fixed.

He turned 18 in November and state law in Nevada says that I have to pay untill he has graduated or hes 19 if he doesnt have the credits to graduate then I have to pay untill next November 25 th. I am going to call the school district and find out if hes got the credits. If not and hes going flunk then I have to go to court and try and get this done.
