For those of you who dont know, my stbx told me last friday he wasnt going to give me another dime until we settle things in court! When I asked him who was going to provide for the kids, he basically said, I dont know!

I told my lawyer and she is getting an emergency child support hearing. Thank God!

What does he think? Or does he think? I was LIVID, but am calmer now, but still...AAARRRGGG!

I'm sorry u have to deal with someone like that, I don't know why they think it's ok to not take care of their kids.
I know just how u feel. My stbx has not paid me any support in 6 months, just went back to work now. And is gonna be fired if he doesnt go to rehab. So wont be getting any for awhile.

I'm so sorry he is doing this. We both know that they can be this way and the only way to fight it is going to court and making the arrangements. Keep up your chin until you go to court. I will pray for you too. HOpe this helps some.

I had my Divorce Care group and there was a woman there who was freaking out b/c her STBX had given his proposal for the divorce and was asking for EVERYTHING. I'll tell you what we told her: his ridiculous demands, requests, assertions are his effort to maintain power and control over you. The court system is there and will protect you. So vent, but remind yourself not to give him that power. YOU are in control of your life. ((((HUG))))

On a lighter note, does this mean you're back online for good? MISSED YOU!!!

He has his head up his butt, how else can you explain bouncing a ton of checks and getting thousands in fees. Of course he doesn't know, because he really doesn't care. Yes we should line them up together, it could be like hands across America. We could call it asses across America.
