I first noticed Kathi when I saw her avi pop up on something, she looked so happy.

I did have someone tell me that they wanted her man though;)

It is nice to hear about someone who made it out of this mess that we all are in.

Then again, in the 31 years since hell spat me out I have faced lots of messes like that. It always seems that once I am out of one mess I get right back into another.

To all my D.S. friends and especially Chrissy614 who posted the link to the eHarmony contest: Your votes and comments are the real prize in this contest for me and Tom. We don't care about winning the prize -- What we have wanted most of all, is to SHARE OUR STORY with others who are going through (and who WILL SURVIVE) the same kind of heartbreak and pain that we both went through when our long term marriages broke down. It was a long, painful road for both of us...but neither of us ever GAVE UP HOPE! This is the relationship that both of us always wanted...even though neither of us ever considered destroying our marriages to search for it. Let our story be your inspiration as you walk through each day in your individual Journeys. No matter how dark the road ahead seems, there is light at the end of it. Focus on the light and keep your faith. Do what I did: Each and every day during the darkest period of my life, I told myself "Something wonderful will happen for me. I just have to be strong and do what I know is right." Sure enough, the "something wonderful" happened and my repayment is to do whatever I can to help others who are going through the same kind of Hell and torment I did to get to the other side!
