Unsure of future

im new here and just need to get my situation out there. My husband and I have been together for almost 18 years married for 12 1/2. We've had our ups and downs. 


I have been depressed for sometime and in denial about it. I've finally decided to get help for myself but during that time I have taken some stuff out on him. 


He has also been depressed but does not want to see anyone. He lost both his parents within 14 months of each other about 1 year ago. 


He told me the other day that he wasn't sure if he wanted to try to work things out or not. Also at the same time on my iPad calendar I noticed a random birthday and contact info for a woman. I confronted him about this and at first he said he didn't know how it got there. After some pushing he admitted to knowing her through snap chat and he was talking to her but they were just friends. 


He now says he wants to try to work things out but I'm very uneasy and unsure of hints. We have two girls together 7 and 12 year olds. I'm trying to see if I can for them but I just feel so broken. 


Many advice or kind words would be helpful as I do not have a big support system. Thanks for listening.

Hon, I do not know what so say but hugs. If he shows true initiatives to work things out give him a break. As for being depressed over losing both parents within such a short period. That I understand very well. I, too, lost my mother and father within 18 months of each other. My mother was a total shock, my father not so much. Glad to hear that you are going for therapy, Tell him that he really needs to talk to someone. It will only get worse. I was in denial too and I collapsed from the emotion strain. Please be gentle with each other.

    I had gone to the grocery store.  When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute.  A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked.  I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds.  But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026.  I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away.  It was an ordinary middle age...
