Finally got to my therapist today. I feel so much stronger about what I need to do.
I think just having to say out loud the madness I've been thru these past few weeks sounded ridiculous even to me that I would put up with any of it. We talked about some techniques to help me day to day including this one.
When I walke up in the morning, I'm going to say "I will not be bothered with my pain today, I will get up and act as if I'm fine and in 24 hours I can be sad then." She said sometimes you gotta fake it until you make it. Knowing I can grieve tomorrow gives me relief that I can be fine today. Then tomorrow I will do it all over. I'm sure it won't be a perfect system but I like the idea. Even tonight I'm trying to tackle my head this way and it is helping.
I also have a girlfriend that told me every time I feel like texting or calling him, I'm to call or text her. I find some of my longibg is just not feeling connected to anyone. It helps with the anxiety of wanting to reach out, except I'm reaching out to someone who actually cares about me.

Moved out to be with his GF. We still needed
To communicate since i was at the house
And he had a business on the property.
Good calling your friend instead of him.
