Here I was just saying in my journal how I had a good Easter with my family and then this morning he started on me again. First, thing I got a phone call from him (of course didn't know it was him because didn't have his new phone number)and after I said hello he started blasting me with all kinds of things. Said he was going to throw something threw my windshield. Then he hung up. Well of course I saved his phone number and sent him a text asking him please not to call me with any more threats or bad language-that he can call my lawyer and I gave him her name and phone number. Then later I got another phone call from him and let it go to voice mail. Then again a little while ago he texted me. What do I have to do to get this guy to leave me alone? He keeps saying for me to get out of his life but he keeps calling and stuff. I wouldn't have had his phone number if it wasn't for him calling me. Then I also find out that his exwife has moved in with him. Can you believe this? Yes, it does hurt and I can't believe he would go back to her. She is the one that screwed up his kids. I worked hard on getting them better for this. What do I do and is it called adultrey if we are still married but don't live together? I can't take much more of all his bs.

Talk to your lawyer about a possible restraining order or contacting him. My stbx was sending me these e mails, harmless in the beginning of the e mail stuff about our daughter then he would procede into threats and name calling. I gave them to my lawyer. She contacted his and they have stopped. i also threatened to move back in the house. Would of cramped his love life.

Yes, it's still adultery if you are still married but don't live together. Have either of you filed for separation?

Hi. I'm sorry you are going through this. I'm dealing with a situation like yours. Just take the high road. Ignoring him is smart. Don't get into a war of words. Don't take any abuse and maybe you should tell him that you won't take any abuse and that you will do what you have to to protect yourself. Stay strong

Thanks for all of your advice, it does help to let it out and here what others think. No restraining order for this one, he stays one foot inside the law and already tried it once and was denied. I am trying to ignore him but sometimes it is hard when he keeps calling. Believe it or not he filed for divorce before i moved out. No such thing of separation in MD.

not to make excuses for him but in one fasion or another, he is hurting too. but that does not give him the right to harrass you and threaten you. save your voicemails, texts and other forms of contact that is recorded. at least here in my state (oh) phone calls are difficult to get a t.p.o. on because you have to have permission to record them, however, viocemail and texting, he is voluntarily sending recorded information that can be presented to the autorities. good luck
