It's getting closer and closer.....the whole illusion of a marriage is coming to a halt. A marriage in which the rules only apply to me. I don't think I can carry the weight of all that has happened between us anymore. There is no real love there anymore....only the makeshift kind where you have to dig deep to find it. I won't miss the threats to do "this or that to me anymore".........I don't feel like being a part of that kind of relationship anymore.....anyway....thanks for reading :-)

There was sadness, I remember, when I decided divorce was the right decision for me, but what I remember MOST of all, was the RELIEF. Knowing limbo hell and feeling tired and miserable all the time was over.

I'm sorry your end is near; ending a marriage is never easy, but please know there are truly lights at the end of every tunnel.

thanks for the support...i dont grieve because its going to end....I grieve because I wasted too much time and because I regret what I have become after being hurt so much by him.....ty for the support. it is very much needed...ty

I lived with that truth too... still kind of feeling the effects from that because of decisions I made... or didn't make, after all of that..

I can only hope now that you see it and feel this way, that you let it be a driving force to move on from that and not a staple to keep you from wasting anymore time getting back to you and your life as you want to live it.
