thats just it Pete, what works for each of us can often be different. the challenge is always to seek those that do when we feel least like doing so. we also tend to look for huge gains, when many small ones add up quickly

Thank you for sharing. It's sad... all of it, what we're all going through. I do hold on to the hope that in the future we will look back and see how we've grown and learned the lessons we need to learn and hopefully can move forward to a better life. I hope that all the tears I've cried, and continue to cry, will magnify the love and happiness of my future.

I heard it for the first time at a dance recital about 3 weeks post D-day. I was sitting next to the H (it was our kids' recital)---I listened intently and tears silently ran down my face. He turned and looked at me and the sadness that was on his face...oh! He knew I was listening to the song and he bowed his head in shame. Afterward, he took my hand and said "what you heard, it was all true. I will do whatever it takes to fix the mess I made. Please don't leave me." Music is powerful.

When I'm cycling and the images and lies catch up to me, I play this song. You are enough. We are all enough.--our spouses are just idiots and selfish. We are all more than enough.
