Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
They wonder if this person, actually, is an officer. They told me all these stories, and I was blown away!
They downloaded my phone, but I'm totally afraid. At least the next week I have my 15 yr old son with me, plus the 3 dogs.
My neighbors know what's going on, and they are vigilant!
My male friend lives 1/2 hr away, so isn't always the best option.
I have no clue where he lives, he uses disposable cell's, and I'm not even sure of his last name. I'm not even sure of how he figured out where I live.
It really is a stranger stalking me.
The strangest thing is - my tenant's best friend was violently abused by her officer husband, and this person told me, I could be her. How he put all this together (my tenant just moved in Oct), I have no clue.
I just start wondering----how many people know too much about us?
if he is a Police Officer...well he should know better.
Restraining Order stops the dickin around with complaints and cuts to the heart of the matter.
contact the dating site too...and let them know your actions...his actions...and that he should be monitored on the site.
Tell the police you want this matter to be taken seriouslly...
don't go into the I've got dogs.. I've got neighbours....etc... this is a Police Matter... do you want them to take care of this or are you going to 'Be Okay'?... if you keep telling the cops you will "be Okay"...then you are not a priority... you are not that much in peril... it's not that serious.
Yes, contact the dating site. If it's one of the good ones they will want to know. I put alarms on my doors and some of my windows. Not a regular security company but at least I will know if someone has entered my house.
There is no way the county law could get to my house if someone broke in on me. They would have to be on my road to be any good.
Either put a security system in your home or buy some alarms at Home Depot or Lowes.
I'm just totally afraid of the backlash if I file a complaint.
Through my volunteer work, I work with secret service, local police, fire, FBI, etc.
And, I know there's that fine line - we all cover each other's backs, but there are cetain people you just can't cross.
