Some weeks, the only thing that has gotten me through was knowing I had an upcoming therapy appointment. I found a great therapist on Psychology Today's website. They have a feature where you put in your zip code and they give you a list of licensed therapists in your area along with their profiles. You can read through them and pick a few you like. I called the two I liked and had a brief phone interview with each of them and went with the one I felt most comfortable with.

I started reading a book called Codependent No More, so far I'm really enjoying it.
