As I have discussed, I moved out on 2/18 and the last time I saw my Ex was 2/22. I have not verbally spoken to him since 3/7, when I rec'd the email from him re: his feelings. Since then, I have been trying to get the last bit of things VIA email, I blocked his number from being able to call or text me. He finally dropped off 3 of the 5 things last week to my girlfriend. Well the last of my items are the leather headrests and floor mats which he conveniently forgot to drop off. His reply was: Sorry forgot that stuff. When ur ready let me no.I rather u call me thou. No hurry take ur time.
So, I emailed him and asked him to meet me at Church at 6:45, as I am volunteering there Wednesday evening. His reply was: call me when ur close. I might not hear the email

The thought of seeing him and or calling is giving me great anxiety, nerves and everything else..
How do I handle seeing him or calling him?

You will get through this. Make sure you're not alone, that way he can't cause any drama without looking like a complete ass. Pretty soon this will all be over. Good luck!

I know he will not cause drama, and we are meeting in the Church parking lot. I just want to hit him over the head. That is probably why I chose the Church. aaagggghhh.

Haha! God is watching! You'll get through it. Sometimes the anticipation is so much worse than the actual meeting. Have a glass of wine afterward and decompress.

why are you meeting him? Can't he just take it to your girlfriends? Or have him drop it by the church before you get there?

You have to drive for yourself now, don't let him dictate how this will go. Its what he is trying to do. He wants to talk to you by phone or meet, you have asked him for no contact and even blocked his number. Why allow this?

thanks Cheryt, and Chitown, I tried to have him drop at my gf's house, and he dropped 3 of 5 things off. She is going on vacation and I did not want her to have to stay involved. I thought it would be a one time deal. I chose the Church at 6:45 so, after that I could go into do my volunteering right after exchange. This face to face must have to happen because nothing else I have done has worked. So, I need to put on my big girl underwear and handle this. Now, if only I can get my mind in line with what I am typing...

Stay strong, look him in the eye, and be positive. Make it short and sweet, keep your head up! You've made it this far, just remember you are strong and it will be over before you know it. Try not to stress out too much over it (try meditating tomorrow before to calm down). Good luck, I'll be thinking of you!
