It can be so tough. It's been ten years for me, and I still miss the man I married. I still miss what we had. One thing that really helped me was getting into a divorce support group. There's one called Divorce Care that you can google and they have locations all over the US, so quite likely they will have one near you. It helped so much and it is a structured program. It covers topics like loneliness, being single again, fear, depression, etc. I really encourage you to check it out. Also, I really recommend counseling. I went two times a week at first. Counselors have the ability to be emotional separate from the situation an help you see objectively instead of focusing on the emotions we feel. Hugs to you. You are not alone.
