My stbx sets the schedule for when I have the kids in the weekend. She sets it 2 months in advance.

I never had a problem with the schedule, I normally work around it.

So, I wanted to swap weekends with her for the weekend of Oct.4-5, so I can go to Ocean City, MD.

She is upset with me because I previuosly agreed to have the kids that weekend and now I changed my mind. She always swap weekends with me and I never had a problem, the one time I do, she goes ballistic.

What a fucktard.

This is what I have to deal with.

She is never happy. No matter how much I give or do for her, it is never enough. Now you know why we are getting a divorce.

I hope all this is in an email. You can show the judge how much notice you gave her when the schedule she wrote up was not convenient for you.

Do you have written proof about the times she changed the schedule and you went along with it?

Print everything out. A copy for you and one for your attorney.

Yeah, I can see why. You know what? I absolutely HATE people like that. Nothing is every enough. They value themselves so highly and feel they deserve more than others. Basically, I just hate selfish people.

SHE SUCKS! I'm sorry for your frustration. My exdonkeytoothpignosemofo and I do get along (weird but trut) and we have an open door when it comes to our son. We don't stick to a "schedule" and it works...so far...

I swear sometimes I think people get divorced just to have free babysitting. My stbx doesn't take our daughter any more than the exact times we have worked out. whenever I have offered him extra time he has said no. If there's ever a time he's supposed to have her and can't I am totally fine with that. I have plenty of friends and family who can watch her if I have other plans. I am always happy to have my daughter with me.

Document everything. All the money, all the flexibility you give, and all the ways she tries to control everything. It will come back to bite her in the ass. The psychologist in my case is seeing how much my stbx tries to control everything, and it's so bad she's even had it with him. Schedules and consistency are good, but overly controlling people are bad.

Me again...I realized that my post might come across like I'm criticizing you. I didn't mean it that way. I meant that it's sad to me that your stbx isn't happy to have the kids for some extra time while you go on a little vacation.
