Call to seek help and maybe get on some Meds
For awhile.
Some people need to be on meds because they
Are not coping well. If you are suicidal or if you can
not take Care of your children or Get out of bed, meds
might be best. Some just need to take the edge off.
The trouble with the meds is they numb you up
So you are not really dealing with your feelings
and emotions normally. Some in my divorce care
Group on meds could not even get angry at the
infidelity. I asked how can you start to heal if you
are not Angry at what was done.
I did numb up around my ex during the separation
When i saw him. It was the only way i could do it
And stay sane. When there is a third party involved
It adds way more stress, rejection, pain and hurt to
an already bad situation. HUGS

I found therapy and divorce care very helpful
For me. It helped with all the grief and being with
Others going thru the same things. Most in my
Divorce group were there for infidelity, there were
A Few because of abuse and addiction issues.
There are other divorce groups around too.
Its a very bad and trying time so try to be extra
gentle with yourself. The rejection is the hardest
to bear At the beginning and all the betrayal.
There have been many of us on here have gotten
thru it and there is light at the End of the tunnel.
With grief you have to go thru it to get To the other
side, there is no easy way.
Its the death of Your marriage and all your dreams
And plans for the future with your spouse. I cried for
4 months after he left and the marriage had been
Unhealthy for the last 12 years. It still Hurt a lot there
was a lot of grief to move thru and many feelings,
emotions to process and lots of detaching after The
divorce was final. HUGS
Blessings to you and your children.
