She's making sure that I know she's out with other guys, I want to block her I want to tell her she won't break me but the truth is that she's trying to break the broken. Some of my friends are telling me that I need to do the same thing she's doing, and a part of me wants to but I know it'll do no good. I'm frozen in time and I'm struggling to move forward.

Block her on all social media, block her phone
Numbers, now is the time To act mature and take
care of yourself.

Some people are so screwed up they just want to

I am sorry you are going through this , it is tough to start to move on in the right direction but you staying in the same place today will keep you in that same place tomorrow . I suggest you block her phone number and other means of contact that she has with you because it is not serving you it is serving her. For what ever reason she wants to keep pouring salt in your wounds but only you can stop it. I don't agree with your friends as I am sure they mean well but going out to do the same that she did makes you no better than she is . Sure go out with your friends see where it leads have a ok time that may turn into a great time but it is time to stop contact . You come first and the only way you can heal from this is start to move forward and do it while having no contact with her. Best of luck to you.

I agree, you need to block her. You may even need to be mindful of how much time you spend with mutual friends too. Don't give her an audience. She is only doing this to build herself up by tearing you down. For what it's worth, if she is rushing into new relationships, the probably won't last, and she'll be on to the next one.

Also, don't stoop to the same level. Take some time off from dating. When you're ready to try again, don't waste your time telling her about it. Dating for the sake of showing your ex that you are over them, or whatever, is really the wrong reason for seeing someone. It's not fair to the other person and it will likely be an empty relationship.

Hang in there. This too shall pass.

Try not to define yourself as broken. That's what she's after and you don't want her to beat you down anymore. Mine beat me down badly and we are mostly no contact except for issues related to our daughters. I just decided I deserved better after she told me "fuck you" and flipped me off in my own home! Cast her out of your mind and life as much as you can. She's trying to destroy you but she can't if you won't allow it.
