I need advice on how to deal with my moods.
There is no doubt that I did the right thing by moving on..
Some moments I feel ok but at times I feel so horrible that I feel physically sick and wish I did not exist.

i know how you feel... i am the same way... like i am not cut out for this world when all i do is love and give and just get f'd over... like having a good heart is a curse..... but at least we know we are capable of real love.... even if it hurts us.....

But do I ever want to love again, probably never again.
I can never lay my heart bare , ever again !
That scares me too being / dying lonely .
