I'm going through some issues with my boyfriend. Well, now ex boyfriend I guess. We're somewhere in the middle. I got really angry with him and said some hurtful things, but I regret them all so much. He was so furious he broke up with me and flew out of state the next morning. All I want is to talk to him, to get him back.. I still love him. How can I prove to him I'm willing to change? And how do I get rid of this overwhelming anxiety that hasn't left me? I feel a knot in my stomach constantly. We're supposed to talk again to see what he wants, but it's been a week and he still hasn't really responded to my requests. What should I do?

what does "willing to change mean"?
If what you are willing to change are character flaws, then it would be good to change regardless
if what you are willing to change are things that He wants to make you comprise your good character then by all means don't give him another thought
