i too was bombarded with negative events all at once. it makes things tougher but absolutely possible. talking helps - do you have someone to talk to who can listen (a friend or counsellor)?

true. a counsellor may be an option as it would be at set intervals and not continuously. in the interim here you can throw out a post and invoke discuss to read as you're willing. i sought counselling as i had no significant support network - it helped a lot. three months after my wife announce she didn't love me any more, my dad died. the strength to push on is in you - i know first hand you will survive and thrive

My only thoughts is when you are at the bottom....look up....and just take one moment at a time. Good luck.

Wishing you the best of luck. I have only been on here for two weeks now and have found a lot of people care here. This is a great place. Although I don't feel to strong right now and need to be so for my kids this place allows me hope.
