Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
First, you are divorced and the proceedings are OVER. He doesn't get back any of it and that's final AND DON'T YOU DARE GIVE ANY OF IT BACK TO HIM.. So you lawyer is absolutely correct that you don't return any items.
It is probably time to let this a** know that he's dealing with a tougher woman now. I would send him an e-mail telling him that the divorce is over, settlement was made, he gets nothing else, and you want no contact with him (hoping you don't kids together).
Then block him from your phone, your computer and don't dare take calls from him, or texts, or anything. He gets nothing and if he shows up at your door, don't open the door and don't speak to him through the door. Teach him that you are no longer doing things his way.
Good luck and many hugs.
Block and ignore the ex from everything if you want peace. No contact is the way to go.

They are yours if they weren't included in divorce settlement
How petty is that, he's asking for all the stuff he gave you back?
I have decided to sell the rings and block his emails etc.
Hope I will get enough money from selling the rings for a much needed vacation.
If you are moving on, do you still need these items? i would find them a bad reminder of him, personally.
