I wrote in a couple months ago about my yoga instructor (who I was dating) leaving me for a much younger girl during a yoga retreat that we all went on back in June I was hospitalized for a week due to low blood sodium. I feel like this might have been brought on due to all the stress I was under. Anyways, kind of off subject, I have not been doing good with the whole break up. i have been driving myself crazy on Facebook stalking his and her pages trying to figure out if they are still seeing each other. I know this is so bad and immature of me to do this, but I just couldn't help myself. Well, yesterday I found out that the two of them are going on a trip to Africa together and it just broke my heart all over again. The horrible feelings from a few months ago have come flooding back and I feel like I have hit rock bottom. It just crushes me because I don't know what she has that I don't. She is 17 years younger than him. The worst part of the whole thing is that he never even had enough guts to have a conversation with me telling me that it was over. He just stopped talking to me. I just can't get over that. I wish I could just block him out of my life forever but we all belong to the same yoga studio so I am constantly reminded of him. And it just sucks that I have to change my whole life to move on. It just doesn't seem fair and I don't know what to do. Do I unfriend them from Facebook so I'm not seeing their posts anymore? How do I move past this? Do I find another yoga studio? I feel so lost and alone. I know this was probably all over the place, but thank you so much for listening. I would love to hear any advise you might have. Oh and I have tried to find counseling and was referred to a doctor after leaving the hospital, but there is a 3-4 month wait list to get in to see her!

Yes block and and unfriend from Fakebook and go to a different yoga studio. This is for your well being now. I deleted my Facebook account after my ex broke up with me and that was 18 months ago. You absolutely need total ...TOTAL...seperation to heal. What you are doing is keeping the wound open. It gets easier the longer you just keep them cut completely out.

Listen kbbcoop77. Go no contact and I would say to consider just getting off facebook for a while. I did the same thing with the phone with my stbx. Looking up who she was texting and calling. You know what, it didn't hurt her a bit. Just me. Don't try to be friends. Focus on your life. Easier said than done I know. But you need to start planning your future. Even if it's just fantasy about things you want to do one day. And schedule an appointment with the doctor. In the mean time, try to find a counselor. They can help you and can even work with the doctor in treating you. Hang in there! It does get better.

Delete your FB account, go to a new yoga studio where you are open to new friends and possibilities, block his number and email. NO CONTACT! I know it's hard but you really are only hurting yourself and delaying your healing. Please read the Book "How to get past your break up" It really helped me a lot and right away. Focus on you. YOU don't want to be with a man that would behave in this way. Take care of yourself and no contact will work!

Thank you all so much for advise. I unfriended both of them today. And it felt pretty good actually. I know it will be hard for me to stay off Facebook but I am really going to try to take a break from it all. I just wish I would have done this sooner and I'd be much farther along right now. I just wish the sick feeling I have in my stomach would go away. I feel like someone has punched me and the pain will not stop. Heartofgoldforalways, is that book by Susan Elliott?

After my bf and me stop talking we were friends on FB for a while but just seen him been happy and girls making comments on his pics I just couldn't handle it. I unfriended him cause it was hurting me to see his news feed. I didn't delete my account but just not seem his news feed does makes me a lot better. What you don't see can't hurt you.
