I liked how it spoke to it being an "inward journey"...striving to face and recognize our fears. There are no winners and losers...the real "courage" is trying.

That was an interesting read. I agree affirmations don't work unless we change something about what we believe. Sometimes they can help you get there though, Even being hypnotized, its not a magic way to change your beliefs, if the hypnotist says something that your brain does not believe, you can here it disagree. Much to think about. The pod cast only played threw a few minutes. Thank you for sharing. It's nice to get something to work on moving forward.
