I don't know what's up. All of the sudden he comes home for the past few nights...like someone told him it is not in his best interest to stay away....? Curious.
So this morning he comes out all nice saying hello and asked if he could have a cup of my coffee. Unfortunately, I retorted with "I don't own it." That pissed him off. Then we proceed to argue. I told him, every time that I give you a cup of coffee it sits, or I get an answer like "I'm good" then I say one thing and he gets mad. I get the same "I'm good" when I ask if he is hungry and would like dinner, etc. He told me not to worry about breakfast, lunch or dinner anymore and I said fine I won't.
Tomorrow is my 23rd wedding anniversary.

I don't understand why some people think they can make the choices they do and expect their partners to continue being kind and cheerful as though nothing hurtful is going on.
That's a reasonable consequence it seems to me, that you aren't kind and gentle with him.

I always look at happily married couples and it hurts.
I don't think that ever will be me and I wish it was.
Has to hurt so much to have your husband of 23 years treat you that way.
So sad.
