Read about all the stages of grief, read about them as much as you can as many different opinions as possible.
You will need a support team to talk to and help you get it all out.
You will grow from all of this and you can be even happier.
You had a major breakthrough with this therapist. Sometimes remembering things is the only way to heal and move on..its like your brian block the memory of what happened but not the fear, anger and anxiety. Which is so damaging to your mental health mainly because before you remember you cannot pinpoint what is causing this rage/fear inside. Now you know now you can start the healing process. I'm no doctor or expert but I don't really see why you would want another opinion when this one seems spot on.
