My last contribution a few days ago to a post called "New" made me have a bit of a revelation. That some, if not many people cannot be helped. They are mentally blind and deaf to other people and true philosophy. You can put truth in front of their face, but they will only see what they want to see.  They see what they are capable of seeing. We are all faulty and some faults in people cannot be resolved, ever. I do not exclude myself from this fact. 

Jesus, the son of God, the reason for Christmas and our yearly calendar, was murdered by the same people he came to save. As he said on the cross, "forgive them father for they know not what they do". 

Most people who come to this group are the spouse who was betrayed and hurt. We are usually the one's who were abandoned by our spouse against our wishes.  The wife/husband initiating the separation or divorce take their action due to their belief that it is in their best interest to do so, for many different reasons. They don't see and don't care about the harm and pain they are causing their wife/husband and children.  They are selfish and only are concerned about their own well being and future. 

If a relationship breakdown is mutually agreed to or very dramatic and essential, those spouses would not likely be participating in this forum.  They are in need of the divorce and are not looking for comfort and answers as they have found relief.

Many come here and ask "why and how could my spouse leave me and my children" and say "I still love him/her and want them back in my life".  When I read some posts here and generally in my everyday life, I can see the illogical thinking, the evil perspective, the self centered and blind ways of thinking, the self destructive and selfish ways people live their lives. This epidemic of divorce and broken families is inevitable.  It is human nature to fall in love, marry, then turn to hate and harm one another and ones self.

The world has become secular, immoral, corrupt, and evil.  Marriages and family are not immune to this.  When the natural family is destroyed, and most are, society in general is destroyed.  And here we all are, trying to find peace and relief and ask the blind question of "why did this happen to me".  There is an answer, but the answer is not what most people want to hear, so they ignore it and continue to search for peace without end.
