I recently read an article and thought I'd share it here. I kind of made sense. Its about a man who had to change his password at work to login and in trying to figure out what to use, he decided at that point to make the password something to assist in moving on from his ex. He changed it to read Forgive@h3r. After awhile he says it didnt have as much of an effect on him. I've posted the link below, but I did this last week and every 30 days I will change it. We will see if it makes me feel better. Its like doing affirmations. Once you keep hearing something over and over or thinking something it changes your thinking. Anyway, I thought I'd share.

Thanks for sharing. I am always looking for a quick, free way to think more positively. I have to change my password soon, so I'll be thinking of a mantra to use.

Great idea on the password!! I should try that. When my first husband and I split I changed my screen name to ALBFreeNow.
ALB were my initials.

I just finally did this - I planned to do it sooner, but in too much of a hurry to think of anything.

I made one up, not about forgiveness like the author of the article did, but about how amazing I am. I get to type that in every month when I pay my phone bill. :)

I did this exact thing with my Facebook password back when I broke up with my abusive boyfriend that tried to kill me and it is still so cathartic to type it.
