Usually, I'm always on line, so it has never been a problem. I will look at bank statements, pay bills, check e-mails and Facebook with him sitting with me, and it doesn't bother me.
I think part of what set me off was him checking out my call log when I was out of the room.
He has major trust issues. He's even gone as far as following me when I met a friend for dinner.
All I ask for is some personal space.
If he insists on getting your passwords, then I would be more concerned with his trust issues and/or what may appear to be a controlling side of him.
no- i dont think its too much to ask for privacy. my exhusband had all my passwords and i had his. we didnt have anything to hide. until i saw on the phone bill he was talking to some other woman. then he locked me out of everything.
not sure the best way to handle your situation. trust is a huge thing for me- when i get into a relationship with someone thats it- i dont feel i have anything to hide.

I trust my boyfriend, he hates the computer, but likes to track where I visit.
