First make sure that you don't get lost in everything that is going on. Having to deal with end of a relationship while trying to establish one with your father is going to difficult. Either situation by itself would be emotionally draining dealing with both is going to make it even worse. Make sure that you take time for yourself.
Second it sounds like you have a lot of changes in your immediate future.. I would suggest that you set up a sort of game plan for accomplishing what you need to do. Write it down somewhere so when things start to get overwhelming you have something to fall back on. You can see your next step and refocus on that.
Lastly realize that you are going to have good days and bad. Probably more bad than good to start with but you'll realize that your good days will start to happen more often. After a while the good days will start to outnumber the bad. The reason I mention this is that when the bad happens it is easy to discourage and fall back in to old habits.
