Homemade Peanut Butter Fudge (and I don't like peanut butter) and homemade chicken and dumplings, soups, blackened chicken fettucine alfredo. Not all together, of course. LOL. Oh, and pies.....

I was finally successfull at making a well made roast beef this weekend. I'm mighty proud. I've found since I no longer have to cook I need to keep my cooking skills sharpened. Never know when I'm gonna need them.
