just talk.......vomit in someone's lap......get it all out.......it helps.......immensely.........not a cure..........but it is relief.

What sucks...
...waking up Sunday morning at your new love interest's house only to realize it is your ex's birthday

...constantly driving by the practice you used to own with your ex knowing it is thriving and never skipped a beat after the affair started there

...still not being able to let go of the idea that once you walked out the door, they never tried to contact you or say sorry or owned anything after having been discovered

...not having enough time under my belt post-divorce to be in a new relationship and floundering when the words "I love you" come out from new person :-(

Anxiety over my divorce and the wellbeing of my daughter have been the worst emotional feeling Ive had in my 32 yrs. It sucks when I think about the hurt Ive endured through my past. Then I think about the still uncertain future and I get that stomach pain you speak of from the anxiety... and that sucks too.

It just sucks..everything about it. sucks!
