I worked midnights last night. Got up this morning and saw voicemail on my cell phone. Apparently my schedule just switched and I go in tomorrow morning for days.
This is because a co-worker got sick.

Unfortunately, shift work is an unavoidable problem with my line of work, but I am really liking the new job. The schedule isn't that bad, kind of like it, and it is low stress. Where else do you get 7 days off in a row once in a month. This works well for me because I go off on sailing trips on them.
