So what is for dinner? I am going to grill a sirloin steak and makes some brocolli and cheddar cheese rice. Then top it off with a few beers and some Jimmy Buffett.

This is probably the last night of my cruise before I come back to reality. I really don't want to go home. I could use more time out here.

I am stressing out, so I will pass on dinner..But I will be making a nice dinner for my son..BBQ chicken, fresh green beans and a baked sweet potato

A kid pleasing special.

Microwaved meatballs, and pear halves.

We're eating ice cream for desert now, while watching a My Little Pony video, to be followed by my son's choice. (But don't for a second think that the video doesn't have to get paused when he leaves the room!!)

Son is coming home today!!! Yahoo!

Going to make rib eyes, mashed potatoes, gravy, and his favorite white/white cake.

I will have a shot of tequila and praise the heavens that he made it home safe and sound.

Patti, my son was in Europe for 2 weeks for his graduation present. Got his Masters @UCLA.

I know how you feel about going home. i had the most splendid weekend and wasn't fond of the idea of facing the reality. hve you had fun? I'm not sure if you know this but I love water and boats and once in a while I can be persuaded.

Yummy food, folks! I ate leftover pasta primovera I made a few days ago.I topped it with a blend of parmesan and romano cheeses. It tasted better today because the flavors had a chance to blend :) yum...Also, I hadn't cooked anything but eggs out of necessity, in like , forever, so cooking is a sign that I am getting better. I think it is because I discovered all of you :)

Oh man....Steak 2" thick grilled medium rare with an olive oil, salt, pepper, and Old Bay Rub. YUM.....
