Have you ever noticed that when you are drinking on a boat and it is really rocking that it really messes with you and you feel drunker than normal? Seriously....there are 1 foot waves where my boat is right now and I am only on my second Grog and I feel tipsy!

That is not a good idea. I have worked the aftermath of that and it is called the Red Skid.

Being on a boat in a slip drunk is much safer.

NO, but I have that problem drinking at high altitudes! Amazing how few drinks it takes to get "wasted" at 10k ft!

The closest to that is drinking while in a bosun's chair up a 50 foot mast. I haven't noticed anything from up there but it isn't a good idea to do this.

You may not like having to pay for a new paint job after you tip it over though.
