I forgot the marinade for my steak when I was packing the boat. CRAP!!! Now I will have to figure out a new marinade. It is such a tough life but someone has to live it.

Just because of this I think that I am going to crack open a beer!

If it\'s a good piece of meat and tender enough you shouldn\'t even need a marinade.

Oh shit....there is a line of storms heading this way. Looks like they might be here around 6 or 7. SHIT SHIT SHIT. Nothing like sitting in a boat with a 46 foot metal rod pretruding into the air!!

I just checked the radar and future cast. If no new storms pop up I am in the clear :)

Having internet on the boat and being able to watch the storms and radar is PRICELESS. Then again, they say that being close to land when they strike is the best bet, which I am.

The storms use to freak me out big time because my ground tackle (anchor) was not as good as it could be and I always worried about dragging. I upgraded my anchor and added 30 feet of chain to it so I am not worried about dragging anymore :)

The storms are nice if they cool things off I guess.

Coke or Dr. Pepper. The acid in them will break down the meat and tenderize it.
