OT--Beer in a can

Have you ever noticed that beer in a can tastes worse than beer in a bottle?

Okay, I guess worse is not a good word as beer still tastes good from a can, but it is better from a bottle and even better from the tap.

Any thoughts?

i agree. bottled coors li8ght is the best. but ive never had it from the tap. not quite 21 yet but october!!!! sorry im stoked to be able to go to a bar for the first timelol

Az, they probably won't put that cruddy beer in a keg...I think there is some rule against it!

When I am on the boat I am forced to drink beer in the can because the can can be crushed and stored.

Maybe I should move back to Rum....Coke cans can be crushed just as easy as beer cans. Yuengling doesn't even taste that good in a can :(

Az, do yourself a favor...when you turn 21, Sam Adams will have their Oktoberfest out on tap...you'll have to go to a decent bar to find it, but it will so be worth the trip!!

Plenty of descent bars in Fredericksburg.

AZ....Today or tomorrow there might be a story in the paper about a Trolley Fire. I was the second on scene. The thing was a big bloody fireball (Flames were as high as the power lines).

If you notice, tho, most higher quality beers aren't sold in cans.....the brewers know....

Beer is definately better from a bottle, can ruins the taste..
Then again, icecold freebies, who's gonna complain?
