I fell in love with my boss over the past couple of months and it's gotten to the point where every time I see her I start feeling down and depressed even if I know I'm working with her I know that I look forward to it the issue is she has somebody else and she won't ever date me because we work together. I'm to the point I Dont know if I should leave my job or stay there anymore

If she is with someone else you should find closure. If you need to leave for that then don't waste time. Whatever you do, don't wallow in the misery. You are meant for greater things.

Not trying to sound mean, i honestly hope this thought will help you move on:
Anyone willing to date a person in a relationship is not worth dating; also anyone in a relationship who is willing to date someone else is also not worth dating.
If she for some reason does notice you and starts an affair or even goes as far as breaking up with her partner... what guarantee would you have that she wouldnt do the same to you in the future? None. Thats not a foundation any relationship should be built on. There would never be trust. Do yourself a favor and think about that and find someone else thats available

I have had many crushes on people at work, including married bosses, over the decades. Some of them have had crushes on me, too. Can you avoid seeing her face to face as much as possible? Take the long way around the building and not walk by her door, avoid running into her by the water cooler? This is what I used to do. I never, ever crossed the line, never even talked about my feelings. It was tough at the time, but you get over that infatuation, someone new comes along whom you CAN date, or you just change jobs for other reasons that have nothing to do with that person. Why are you not dating anyone at this time? Are you working too many hours? Have you tried speed dating or meetups to get you out of the house in a non-work setting with new people?
